The new generation of duplex slitters from Ocsam (TSN211)
The TSN211 represents the state-of-the-art in slitting technology. It is equipped with servo drives and can be centrally operated by the production line’s UNICONTROL system. This allows for an automatic synchronization of the machine’s operating speed with the rest of the entire line. The TSN211 is capable of processing up to 50 sheets per minute.

Electronic hybrid duplex slitter from Cepak (110 MK2 HYBRID CAR)
Quick change-over owing to 2 linear motors that operate the squaring teeth and feed the strips into the second slitter.
Blank development values set on touch-screen panel in the second operation with the teeth positioners being immediately adapted to the values preset.
As a result, mechanical adjustments of the eccentrics as well as synchronization, i.e. the setting operations taking a lot of time even for skilled operators, are not needed any more.
