Squareliner endmaking machines represent a state-of-the-art solution for the manufacturing of irregular ends.
With our Squareliners we offer a new range of modular lining and curling-lining machines, available as single or multi-lane versions.
An automatic feeder, loaded with end blanks, mechanically transfer the unfinished ends one by one to the first station of the squareliner.
They successively pass through the different stations of the machine. The following operations can be carried out:
- curling first operation (for flat edge ends)
- curling second operation (on pre-curled ends)
- nozzle lining (one or two stations)
- After the lining process, the ends are directly conveyed to a compound drying oven.
