Be it rectangular, square, oval or oblong—when it comes to the production of metal packagings of irregular shape, sabatier has all the answers. Plus a long list of first class references.

With our Squarepack concept, we offer a comprehensive range of compact and modular systems for the assembly of irregularly shaped cans ranging from capacities of 0.2 up to 20 litres. The highly flexible Squarepack assembly lines can be easily added to our canbody welders and seam protection units. Typical Squarepack lines consist of a stretch former, a can erector, a squeeze flanger, a seamer, a turn-over plus a second squeeze flanger and seamer. Depending on the size and design of the packagings, a panelling machine as well as a testing unit can be added to the line as well.
