Bailypack is a modular system for seam weld positioning, ears welding as well as bail making and mounting.
Our Bailypack system is a combined machine for the manufacturing and mounting of wire handles (bails) onto metal containers. The Bailypack includes the following stations:
- Seam weld positioning (positions the container regarding its seam)
- Ears welding (welds the ears onto the container)
- Bail making and mounting (forms a bail and mounts it into the ears)
The Bailypack can be installed to any existing line or at the end of any Bodypack assembly line. Each station of the Bailypack is also available as an individual machine.
