Soudronic is headquartered in Bergdietikon, Switzerland and is home to around 350 staff, including 40 trainees in vocational education in six different professions. In our Swiss subsidiaries Can Man in Hallwil and Frei AG in Wittenbach we employ around 30 people. Public transport and parking spaces
We are very easy to reach from Dietikon train station with the AVA train (BDWM/S-Bahn line 17). It takes about five minutes to reach the company premises on foot from the Reppischhof stop. Employees have access to free parking spaces on the company grounds.
Personnel restaurant
The staff restaurant with indoor and terrace seats is located in our main building. Our employees enjoy the varied and inexpensive snack and lunch options available. There is also an outdoor grilling and eating area.
Surroundings
The Reppisch valley is a local recreation and conservation area located right next door to the Soudronic premises. A cycling route runs through the valley, and the hiking trails are continuously maintained. The area is enjoyed by sports enthusiasts and nature lovers alike. Vocational education (trainee program, apprenticeship)
Soudronic places huge importance in the promotion of young talents. That fact is reflected in the high number of trainees (40) at the company. Our extensive and interesting range of products and the ideal size of our company means our trainees face a varied and challenging apprenticeship period covering a wide field of activities. Independence, teamwork, and responsibility are promoted throughout the entire training period. The training areas and workplaces are also state-of-the-art. Our broad and comprehensive training provides the optimal conditions for individual further education following the vocational education. Training takes place exclusively at our headquarters in Bergdietikon, Switzerland.
